If you plan to take the GMATŪ in the United States,
U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico or Canada, you can register
in the following ways:

- By Phone
- By Fax or Mail or Courier
Register on line:
To schedule a test appointment online
in the United States, U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico
or Canada, you can complete the required details online
on the official GMAT registration website.
Please note that test fee payments
for online test appointments can only be made by credit
card. So, you need to have a VISA, MasterCard, or American
Express card to register online for the GMAT.

To schedule your test appointment by
phone in the United States, U.S. Territories, Puerto
Rico, or Canada:

or,
- call 1-800-529-3590, if using TTY
Please note that test fee payments

Voucher Request Form.
When your form is
complete, mail or fax it with appropriate payment to
one of the addresses below.
Requests received without payment will be returned unprocessed.

Once ETS processes your registration for a test center in the United States,
U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico, or Canada, you will receive an authorization
voucher by return mail. Allow two to four weeks for processing and delivery.
Once you have received your voucher, you may call to schedule your GMATŪ
appointment.
