Two-Year Full-Time Residential
Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM)

Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Final year students
are eligible to apply.
IBA recognizes the following All India
Management Aptitude Tests: -
XAT 2006 / CAT 2005 / ATMA 2006 / MAT 2005-06
Candidates who perform well in these
qualifying entrance tests participate in the Group Discussion
and Personal Interview followed by Psychometric Test
and Essay. The Group Discussion offers candidates a
platform to exhibit their dynamism, enterprise initiative,
articulation, managerial skills and leadership potential.
Candidates further undergo an in-depth interview and
counseling. The objective of the selection process is
to ensure that students enrolling for the two-year residential
programme have the right aptitude, attitude, commitment,
capability and endurance to measure up to the rigour
of the curriculum.
Selection Process
Indian Business Academy selects a student
through a rigorous procedure. The selection process
consists of -
Aptitude Tests: 80 Marks
Group Discussion: 70 Marks
Personal Interview: 70 Marks
Psychometric Test: 25 Marks
Essay: 15 Marks
Academics: 30 Marks
Work Experience: 10 Marks
Total:
300 Marks
Note: The final admission will depend
purely on your performance as mentioned above.
