The CAT Bulletin (without Application Form) can also be obtained by making e-payment at the website www.iimcat2006.com through payment gateway of UTI Bank. The Bulletin to candidates making e-payments would be sent to their address. All such candidates would have to fill the application compulsorily by re-visiting the same website five days after making the e-payment. The last date of sale of bulletin through e-payment would be August 21, 2006, and the last date for filling-up the form online would be September 4, 2006. After filling-up of the form at the website, the candidate need to take a print-out, sign the form, affix their photograph and send it with the other relevant documents to the concerned IIM (depending upon their choice of test center). The last date for receipt of such forms would be September 9, 2006. Please note that in the absence of photograph, signature and other relevant documents, the online application would be considered incomplete and would be rejected.

The application can also be filled-up online by the candidates who have purchased CAT Bulletin from UTI Bank branches. After two days of buying the bulletin, they can visit the website www.iimcat2006.com to fill-up the application form. The applications can be filled-up online only if the details of the candidate match with the information captured by UTI Bank. IIMs do not guarantee that all legitimate candidates would be able to use this facility as the details provided by the candidate may not match with the details provided by the bank. Such candidates are advised to send their form physically as prescribed in this advertisement. The candidates filling-up the form at the website need to take a print-out, sign the form, affix their photograph and send it with the other required documents to the concerned IIM (depending upon their choice of test center). Under exceptional circumstances [such as (a) the stock of bulletins exhaust in the nearby branch of the bank, (b) the bank branch is inaccessible to the candidate, and (c) the access to Internet connectivity is not available, and (d) the bulletin sale through banks close], a copy of the CAT Bulletin can also be obtained directly from any one of the IIMs till August 21, 2006 by sending a crossed demand draft for Rs. 1200/- (Rs. 600/- for SC/ST candidates with a copy of the SC/ST certificate) drawn in favour of the respective IIM. Request for bulletin should be accompanied by a cloth-lined self-addressed unstamped envelope of size 12" x 10".
